I had appointment couple days ago. I need to do xray for my elbow and Dianne who assist me she was very professional attention and kind. Had a really great experience with her and receptionist girls was polite everything was on time, didn't wait at all. Good job and thank you!
I decided to go here for my OB anatomy scan instead of a different place I had previously been to as they weren't allowing partners in for exams and Pureform was. The ladies here are so helpful, positive and understanding. Much more so than the other clinic I had been to who ended up being very unprofessional when I decided to make the switch. I highly recommend this team!
Considering we are all currently in the middle of a pandemic, and I am high risk. I appreciate the staff wearing masks and taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe. When I met with the technician, we went into a room where staying 6ft apart isn’t possible. We both wore a mask and sanitized, this is important to me because I want to keep me and my family safe along with the technician and those around them. Plus the staff are friendly and appointments ran on time, great experience overall.
The people who work at Pureform Diagnostics were wonderful! I took my Dad, who is a senior, over for an X-ray and they allowed me to book him in. Then they provided me with a pager so we could wait in the car together until his appointment was available. They are absolute sweethearts at this place and I strongly recommend anyone to go there. Thank you for being heroes during this pandemic.
