Hot water tank started leaking called pro star they were here in a half hour. Great service friendly technician and very quick install. No extra fee for a weekend call. Left the job clean and tidy. My thanks to Shawn for such a great job and fast and friendly service.

They charged 460 to replace a small valve, see picture. The work was done at my parents house and was about an hours work. When I called after to try to understand why they would charge so much for such a small job and that I wanted to discuss with them before writing a review and/or complaining to the BBB, the person I was talking to started threatening with cancelling the work warranty and was very aggressive in his response. In my opinion, this place overcharges for there work and they are pushy in there service, I would not recommend them

Darcy has been great to work with. We found him to be very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was very helpful in pointing the various furnace performance options available without any pressure. He was prompt and followed up in a timely manner. Also we would like to thank the installers (Shawn and Erin) who did the work on the new furnace. They were courteous and professional in their work and a pleasure to work with. They treated our place with respect and left the place spotless when they left. we strongly recommend ProStar for you heating needs, and we will definitely use their service again if we need to.

My experience is poor. An incomplete job, with poor communication. It remains to be seen how this experience comes to an end. The ball is in your court. The conversation with Brian was less than desirable, for either of us as tempers did get heated. It would be my humble suggestion that Brian reviews the company's mission statement and make efforts to come closer to meeting it. It would be valuable to consider the negative reviews you have received and look at how they are handled and if you value your costumers business. I’m waiting for a liner to be installed as per code and the agreement on the original quote in November 2019.
