This is a great place for students, the price is good, and they have a great discount on wifi. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, we have only had good experiences while living here. Maitenance is always done on time, and if we have a problem they are here to fix it that day.

If you are someone who have self-destruction tendency and love to be waked up at late night, building E gonna be your disneyland. Otherwise,keep away from building E. The guy who living in the basement is "unstable" . Yelling in his apartment for no reason around 2-3 am, swearing he gonna "do things" to you in the name of "the lord". Switch off your power just becase he think "its fun".We have to call police on him 3 times in a month. People working in the leasing office are nice but they cannot do anything about him.
The manager Shamshod and his colleagues are awesome, they are always patient to provide any help that can to make my life easier. I really appreciate all of what they do for me and my family. Highly recommended!
Pretty nice place, but.. the buzzer for our building still doesn't work and we have asked many many times for them to fix it, the second entrance door does not work as the lock is broken, hasn't been properly fixed for a year, and construction outside has been going on pretty much non stop for a year (we took the reviews lightly, my advice, don't). Location is good, and people are friendly, but the noise is unbearable, there are better places for cheaper.
Very poor customer service and extremely disorganized. I rented at this location for 3 years and was consistently met with disorganization from both the leasing office and higher up boardwalk offices. My lease ended nearly four months ago and only today did I get a call saying that I had "outstanding charges" even though I paid the rent and utilities in full when dropping off my keys. They try to say there are "miscellaneous charges" that will be back pedaled and taken off when questioned - so always question those charges if you see them on your monthly bill or if they try to weasel money out of you both during and after your lease has ended. Stay away.
