So happy with their service. I have been a patient there for 4 years and every time I go for my cleaning they are professional and respectful. They remember details from my life and that is so special. I highly recommend them for cleaning, whitening and other dental services.

Good service, Trustworthy with the explanation. Highly recommend to fix your teeth and germ. I didn't cry thanks for them though.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are very unprofessional. I went there last year for cleaning and exam for the whole family because they had an offer free whitening if you do cleaning. My husband didn’t want to do the whitening so I asked if I could get the whitening instead. They agreed on that but they never gave me his whitening session. Whenever I ask for it they say we’ll take a look and call you back and never call back. I also wanted them to send our documents to our new dentist. I sent four emails requesting the documents and called 5 times and they never sent the documents. In addition to that the quality of their work is very bad and they charge for things you don’t ask for. When we went to do cleaning. They charged us for many things we didn’t ask for including floride , advice , along with other things that I’m not even sure what they are!!! I will reply here since you canceled the reply option. FYI we don’t know Kim and he/she is not related to us. you did not give us free stuff we came for the promotion and you charged us for the services that we requested and that we didn’t request and didn’t give us the free whitening session ( you gave only one and you said you will give two) We didn’t request free stuff as you are claiming and I emailed you the payment confirmation that proves that you got paid. This is the most unprofessional and unreliable place I’ve ever seen and I want everyone to know the bad experience I had at this clinc and I will sue you for holding our information
I do not recommend this place to anyone. I went there to do cleaning, they charged me for many things that I didn't ask for including dental advice, Floride and many other things and they used all of the funds in my insurance for cleaning and exams and they took many unnecessary x-rays and left the major issue that I have untreated! With no funds left in my insurance to treat it and they said it will cost 4,000. The quality of their cleaning service is so bad. One of my teeth started to move after cleaning. I wanted to to go to another clinic and I asked them to send the documents to another clinic and kept calling them and sending them emails they never responded and never sent the documents to the other dentist. This is really improfessional and I'm not sure how Albert dental association let them operate.
I seen this chick Jen her hair is really curly,she cleaned and whitened me toofs. I walked out with less cash but a whiter smile and it was worth it.
