Amazing staff and service! Sunny Khan really took extra care to help me find a car I could afford and love. He took special care to ensure all of my questions were answered and that I had full support. Buying a car is a big deal and everyone at Northwest Acura made sure it was an easy process. Being able to call Sunny with questions anytime is a nice thing, helps me feel more confident in my car. Bought a 2200 Winter Tire & Alloy Rim package from them for my 2016 MDX at the time. Now, realized that they did not include the center rim caps (with Acura symbol) - they were swapping in the factory one. They tell me the center caps are 52/each.....but, on their website, it clearly shows on their rims package picture there are center caps on the alloy rims. If you buy from them, make sure you get the center rim caps on the rims.....don't get ripped off like i did. Richard Chiddle says most Rims you buy do not come with center rim caps......(i tend to disgree) ! Disappointed with this dealership and service ....(be careful, they oversell in the service dept too)

We booked an appointment with Effren prior to our visit. Awesome guy! He took us on a couple test drives and was knowledgeable and patient throughout. We eventually made the purchase which was a smooth process with Kevin. Post purchase we noticed a small cosmetic defect. We were able to come up with an agreeable solution. However, in the end, their customer service went above and beyond what we had expected to help out. Five-star experience!

If there was a way to rate 10, I would. My family and I started the process based on my desire of wanting a Acura MDX. Our family purchase model is easy for us. We requested several dealers to submit their best price and service on a specific Acura MDX. We already knew the feel and drive of the car so there was no need to visit a location. And because of our concern with COVID, we wanted to avoid as much social contact as much. After submitting my email to various dealers, Northwest Acura/Joshua Lam, the General Sales Manager, responded immediately. He answered everyone of my questions and assured me that price and service was important to him. I could tell he cared about his brand and was attentive to my wants and needs. There was no games. He didn't ask sales techniques to bring me to the dealership, or call me on the phone, as I was clear I wanted to do this over email. My husband is busy man, and so I wanted to do as much work as I could to make our family decision easier. By the time everything was done, Northwest Acura and another local dealership were, by far, the top dealerships I would do business with. While my husband and family decided to go with Acura's alternative, the Honda Pilot, I would and will always send anyone my family, my husband and I know to Northwest Acura/Joshua Lam to get exactly what they need at a great price right off the bat. Joshua was kind and so professional that he even referred me to a Honda dealership, even when I wanted the Acura. It showed, it wasn't about the sale, but more about the service. That gave me a sense of comfort and safety that I was dealing with a business that wasn't just focused on a sale but me, my husband and family as customers.
