Dr. Higashi and his team are very professional, caring and compassionate. My daughter's wisdom teeth extraction went as described, and her experience was much better than we expected.

I was very anxious going into to remove my wisdom teeth. I had a very deeply impacted tooth and was expecting lots of pain, lots of swelling. I have had little to no swelling thus far, and virtually no pain. Any pain I had was very manageable. Just goes to show what a great doctor can do!!!! I also needed to get in relatively quickly as I am home solely for the holidays and they got me in in 3 days! Excellent experience here and I look forward to going back for my post op check in!

Amazing staff and overall experience, very professional, nobody likes going to the dentist let alone a dental surgeon, made me feel comfortable, explained exactly what was going to happen and was in and out with no issues!

Dr. Higashi and his staff are amazing! They are so kind and patient! The office is very clean and organized. They're extremely professional, well educated and explained everything to me very clearly. All my paperwork clearly shows what I'm paying for. I would highly recommend doctor Higashi and his lovely nurses to anybody needing dental surgery. Thank you all so much for making my surgery a breeze I appreciate the efforts to calm be down and assuring me that everything was going to be okay. Everything was okay! I also appreciate that the staff waited for my mother and filled her in on everything. Also everybody here has a great sense of humor so it was easy to talk to them which was a bonus! Thank you again for all your hard work!!

I missed my appointment, and got rescheduled for a month later. Cool. But... the office changes their mind a week after giving me my new appointment saying it wasn't an "official" appointment and that the doctor is in surgery... and they bump my new appointment for 6 months. You give me an appointment and you don't know that there's an opening in the schedule? Or you choose to bump me because a surgery that pays better comes up. Who cares the why. That's cool. The doctor is always more important than the patient. I'm not impressed and I give you a star. One star for you. I can't wait for the "scheduling is hard, we care about and strive to make our patients happy" response. No thanks.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Higashi couple years ago under general anesthesia. He was professional and his team was very good to me. He even called a few hours after the procedure to check on me. Very professional and caring. Would recommend to anyone I know.

My family had a great experience with Dr. Higashi from beginning to end. We found him to be a highly trained professional who knows what he is doing. Equally important, he and his staff are well-trained, friendly and supportive. In our situation, my wife was suffering from recurring infections due to impacted wisdom teeth 6 cm deep below her gumline. Higashi explained to us that there would be some serious risks involved in the removal process. Bone might have to be removed, and the teeth were very close to nerves, making it a delicate operation. I appreciated that he was candid about these risks, and about the pain that would follow. It’s always better when a doctor is honest with you and doesn’t try to sugar coat realities. They have a medical responsibility to do that do they not? It’s also reasonable of them to let us know that there will be certain expectations put on us that we would need to follow in order for the procedure to happen. As it turned out in our case, the procedure went by very quickly and smoothly. I hardly had time to pick up the prescription medicine before she was done and on her way home. Higashi personally called us over the next few days to make sure the healing process was going well. My wife has healed up quite well and is no longer suffering from impacted wisdom teeth anymore thanks to Dr. Higashi and his staff.
