The new location is very nice. There is someone at the door to direct people. The staff work fast and they are not rude. The staff are knowledgeable and very understanding. The place looks clean with hand sanitizers provided. It is good that there is a door to enter and a separate door for exit. It made the trip there organize. The staff is also understanding and gives you a chance to have a descent picture on the DL. Additionally and more importantly, I noticed all the staff are nice and patient. The old location had this lady who was very mean to customers like she makes the rule and made you feel dumb. I think she doesn't work with this registry anymore because I have gone to the new location several times to bring my family members and I have not seen her. Please continue the great customer service. Highly recommended.

Wow!! What a refreshing experience! Clean, open, super friendly staff and extremely fast service.. this place sets a new bar. I visited for a drivers license and vehicle reg renewal, and returned the next day to file corporate returns. Thank you for making it all so refreshingly pleasant!!
I'm convinced that they purposely fail you on your road test here just to make an extra buck. I understand that there must be a high standard to uphold when it comes to driving, but this place is just too greedy to see your efforts. The standard they hold on new drivers and waaaayy too high; they expect you you to be a professional off the bat. I don't post many negative reviews, but I just want to warn anyone who's thinking of getting a driving test here; DON'T. Take your money elsewhere, they have enough people to scam. There's a reason they have so many 1stars folks.
The new registry location for Taradale is so nice! I've been going to this location for years and the staff is always so friendly. I can only imagine the pressure of being open and having to adapt so quickly during the pandemic and they've done a great job.
I had my drive test here a couple of weeks ago. The staff at the registry were friendly and quick and was a pleasure to deal with them. This review is specifically written for one of the driver test examiner at this location. Very unprofessional.. Was speaking in Punjabi with my driving instructor (just adding this as it would be easy to identify) Didn't even introduce himself at the beginning of the test. Throughout the test had an attitude of basically your results are in my hands, and I can screw you over for any and every little thing.
These people ripping people off especially for new learners. I have notices that they are failing new learners knowledge test purposely so they came take money everyday. One of the employee said to me that your sister will be coming everyday for the test. Since then she has been failing the test everyday. There is no way that you read the book twice and fail the test even though you know everyday. They just take your money to run their business. We went to another Registry for the test and pass in the first try. I should have never came to this Registry at the first place. I will never gave my or any go my family money to this location. I will not recommend anyone to give their money to them. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I’ve been coming here for the last couple of years and everyone who has served me has been great. The space is modern and clean, and staff does an excellent job making sure that their customers are safe and well taken care of. I imagine that this wouldn’t be an easy job in normal times, never mind through Covid. Kudos to the ownership for keeping their staff well trained.
Best services so far so got from registry in Alberta. Definitely recommend to family and acquaintances. They provide quick road test date without any hustle.
