Neil is an example of how mechanics should operate. Fair, transparent, and engaging. I'm a car enthusiast and he often takes time to show me the parts he's replaced and explain any questions I have. He's never tried to upsell me anything and on numerous occasions has told me that parts can wait before being replaced. He's a very knowledgeable mechanic, and a good guy. I was directed to this shop through word of mouth from a friend, and would not hesitate to suggest this shop to someone else. Great service, honest and friendly. I brought my vehicle in for a timing belt job last winter. The initial service was done on time, unfortunately after the test drive following the completion of the service my power steering pump failed. They gave me a great deal on the part and the labour for this extra bit that came up. I was Under quoted for the cost of the job (it should have been a higher cost) but they honoured the price they quoted me.

Had both an R.V. and truck in twice to be worked on. The service is outstanding and it is nice sharing issues to some who genuinely listen.
