Bought a used car from this dealer and all I can say is I am very pleased by the excellent service and care they take. I had an issue with the car after the sale and they had no issue fixing this problem with no charge. Don’t know to many dealers that would do that. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest dealer.

I found the MINI of my dreams online, but there was one problem - it was in Calgary while I reside in Toronto. I was however, quite determined to have it so I decided to contact MINI Calgary. And ... that was how my relationship with MINI Calgary began. Needless to say, Carmen and Rob are amazing! They were great to work with. They answered all my questions about the car, the out-of-province sales caveats and delivery options to Toronto. Even though this was a remote sale and delivery, their communication was impeccable. I was kept in the loop during every step of the sales process, as if I was there in person. Thanks again Carmen and Rob at MINI Calgary - you both do a fantastic job!

THE BEST!!! if you are a mini enthusiast or maybe just a bucket-list-mini-is-one-of-them kinda person, then this is the place to be at. CARMEN accommodated my wife and I very very smoothly. and the transaction was by email... we bought a 2016 MINI Countryman via email... like what?!?! we were and are very impressed with the way they handled us and the reassurances are not false... very trustworthy dealership... worth the drive from Edmonton... and ROBERT in finance was splendid... made things easy and made things happen... and just today, i just received an email from Carmen, just an extra mile from her, she's sending us a thermal cup... by far the best service we got from a dealership...
