Mima has been an amazing teacher and mentor to my daughter who has been taking violin lessons for more than a year now. She’s always professional and positive, ready for her students. My daughter loves attending her classes in person and now currently online and it is amazing to see how far she has come along!! Her positivity and love for music really shines through in her classes! We are so happy we found her!!

Mima is great, and I'd recommend her to anyone thinking about starting cello! I had always wanted to play the cello but wasn't able to start until I became an adult. Despite being an adult student with no experience in the instrument, Mima was readily willing to take me on as a student, and was able to accommodate my crazy work schedule! Prior to starting with Mima, I had searched through the city looking for a teacher that would take me on. Many teachers didn't even respond. She was very accommodating to me being an adult beginner and was able to help me start mid year only a couple weeks after first contacting her. I have been with her for just over 3 years and am already learning some of the Bach Cello Suites! If you're considering picking up the instrument, I'd recommend reaching out to Mima.
