Score deals on gently used items while saving the planet by reusing and reducing waste, AND supporting a non-profit which saves and rehomes homeless cats...what more can one ask for? I am a MEOW volunteer and have helped out here and have been a customer myself, like many other people.... a LOT of dedication and care is put into running this place and vetting donated goods for sale. Whenever I'm visiting, I see a lot of regular clients shopping. The selection changes frequently and you can also get some sweet MEOW merchandise here. Their little felt pads made by crafting volunteers are AMAZING. All my cats love them. The blankets are also great quality and a steal at what they sell for. Everything goes to MEOW foundation. So you're getting something for yourself and/or your fur baby while supporting a great cause!

Meow what is so great about the MEOW Charity Thrift Shop? My review begins right meow. Most importantly, it's for a good cause. The MEOW Foundation is a cat-focused no-kill charity that rescues, cares for and adopts stray and abandoned cats in Calgary. The selection and variety is purrrfect. My bonded pair is an olympic second hand shopping champion who comes here regularly (even though its 25min from us) and approves this message. We have several things from here that we use everyday and bring us a huge amount of joy and happiness. So, what are you waiting for? Go check them out right meow!

One of my favourite thrift shops in Calgary. They receive a lot of high quality art and household items. They do not carry any clothing. They are operated as a fund raiser for the Meow Foundation and they run with volunteers.

Excellent selection of items. Inventory changes daily. Everything from housewares, to antiques, jewellery, accessories, bedding and giftware. They also have a good selection of quality face masks, sizes children, adult and X-large adult, handmade by volunteers in a variety of patterns and colours and also seasonal themes.
