Overall, it's a nice try but doesn't hit the mark. The sheesha is subpar, the hookahs seem old and dingy, and the food is the same quality you'd get out of your own freezer. Having been to several hookah lounges in Calgary, there are much better places to patronize where you'll get your money's worth.

Great vibe good place. I just didn’t like the seating areas, some spots are a bit awkward to be seated in but overall not bad.
Great customer service. Need improvement in seatting arrangement. Otherwise overall experience was great.
Moin provides the best customer service. He always makes sure each customers has a pleasant experience and is a very kind. My friends and I love coming here, especially because of Moin.
Nice place close to Downtown Calgary. Great ambiance and customer service. Lots of different flavors in Hookah, very smooth and great quality. They also have lots of food in their menu such as biryani, butter chicken, burger, donair wrap, sandwiches, salads, etc. loved the place will definitely visit again.
Very old fashioned cafe not updated.Even price of sheesha printed on menu 18.99 is differ from as on invoice it is 22.99.Food Service is very slow and portion of Butter Chicken served is very less , sufficient for one person only.If you are not wearing mask and you need to take from the restaurant counter, they will charge 1 plus taxes.

The lady who wroks as a cashier is not greeting properly... She didn't reply my answer i said " thank you so much have a good night" and she didn't reply. Also i feel like she is rude so i don't like that, that's not how u treat a regular customer... Everything else us good the guy who served sheesha was nice person but the lady was not polite who took money at cash counter. Such kind of behavior is not good for the nice restaurant like this
