Making an already stressful situation 100 times worse. Awful customer service; zero empathy or effort. Lack of consideration and urgency to respond. Kept our chair for 17 of 30 days in June. NO returns on a power chair less than 3 months old because the battery case had a crack and there were scratches in the paint. Literally caught them in point blank lies. Thanks for the Lemon of a chair and the worst customer service I have personally ever experienced. Made a request to deal with the head office but was told my partner needs to sign off on power of authority! 1. He does not require POS and 2. That has nothing to do with our experience with the business or the quality of the product. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I'm glad reviews only make up a portion of my choices and decisions. I called just to enquire about models of walkers available. I was amazed that I was offered an in home visit with 3 different walkers to look at. I also spoke to finance and found my insurance was accepted. I made my way over in the afternoon and really enjoyed my experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly and actually gave me sound advise and lessons on how not to use the walker! No riding lol I've got one ready to be ordered now and can't wait to get moving again. Many thanks to George and Andy for answering all my questions. I believe that a lot of reviews are honest about good and bad but I also believe that if you treat people well you get the service you deserve.

Bought a Invacare scooter with 2 40 ah GEL batteries. 30 days later i checked the batteries and they were 50.6 AGM batteries, used. MEDIchair and Motion Specailties replaced them with 50 AGM batteries, new. Someone had changed the 40 to 50.6 batteries. Problem not solved. Terry

My mother broke her leg and was in need of a walker and crutches. MEDIchair was the only place near us with any available. So despite reviews I went, and WOW was everyone wrong. I went in and it was nothing but friendly and helpful staff. While I was there I also asked for crutches, the lady helping me, was friendly and even helped me learn how to set the walker and crutches up for my mother as I had NO idea what I was doing. She just asked if I knew I said no, and she immediately went into a detailed explanation on proper height and why they need to be set how they are. It was my first experience every buying or renting equipment of this type, and prices seemed fair. I thank Medichair for the help.
