making an appointment takes forever and in fact often takes several attempts to get into the phone line up. Once you reach someone they all seem to be friendly and efficient and the wait time for the procedures I was pretty good I felt given the demand for these services. Staff at the Sunpark facility are great. My go to place when I need diagnostic services.

I am sick and tired of unprofessional, rude, miserable employees I have to deal with in order to take care of my health. When I go to get an ultrasound I expect welcoming, friendly. I went to sunpark plaza for a ultrasound on my throat today as I'm having issues. The 2 front desk ladies were great. Very friendly. Then chris comes and calls my name, no hello, how you doing today, nothing. I follow him to the back room where he mumbling utters there's the table throw your stuff up there, as if im on his private time. I didnt hear him so I said "what?" And the goofball gets upset and says don't talk to me like a child! What is going on here ? If you hate your job then quit chris, people are their because they need help. This guy needs proper training in dealing with people and how to treat people with respect, rushed through the ultrasound as fast he could. Dont take your bad day out on your patients coming in. Terrible experience. I would appreciate a manager getting back to me about this unbelievable encounter.
