Had my test done here a day ago. The front desk staff were so warm and accommodating. The tech was also friendly which made me comfortable during the procedure. The waiting area was big enough to allow people ample space for distancing. The only caveat was the long wait times in phoning for an appointment. I could not wait over 30mins to get someone to book my procedure. Other than that, everything went very well.

It did take some time to get through on the phone to book an appointment, but that's because of COVID-19 and the sheer number of appointments being booked right now. Once I was able to get through, the process was very easy and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. I had some difficulty finding the location, but that was due to most of Southcentre being closed at the moment, again, due to COVID-19. McKenzie was the radiologist. She had a very pleasant bedside manner and I was given clear instructions throughout. Overall, my experience was great. Thank you!
