I always get exceptional customer service at lure and staff is always very friendly! During these circumstances they are taking all precautions to keep everyone safe but still have a good time all at the same time. The hookah pipes and food is also great here as well. This is the one and only place i feel is safe to come to and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Shisha was sweet and so was the cheese platter. Comfy seats and cool beats.
The place has potential. The place does not have enough servers and yet has too many staff members standing around not serving customers supposedly waiting to make-up hookah pots when needed. I don't see why they can't do both and maximize the use of their scheduled staff. Service was extremely slow we it was not extremely busy, but we had to wait 20mins before our drink orders were taken. It was quite annoying. And a fight broke out while we were there. The food was very good though.
I had a great experience at Lure Lounge. DJ Abzy always plays great music and sets the right party or chill vibe. Sheesha is good but DJ gets the spot hype.
