After being a patient of Dr. Ajal for several years & receiving patient emails routinely, I emailed them for an appointment & was refused. Even though I have a serious issue, we’ve been in self isolation, it’s a Worldwide Pandemic, I was told it’s been a year since I’ve seen her & I need a new referral from my Family Dr. You can really see her caring attitude.

Dr. Ajala is fantastic. She is very caring, listens and acts! Very professional but very kind.
If you have real ENT problems, Dr Ajala does not really know or care about helping. You will see her for maybe 10 minutes and she will just order some tests, to wait another 6 months. Maybe if you have diabetes problems it's a good clinic, but for ENT problems this is not the specialist to see. Go elsewhere.
Wonderful people. My experience at this facility has been marvelous. The front desk staff are friendly, welcoming and very courteous. Dr Jain is a true caring professional. Dr. Ajala is a fantastic Doctor. The ladies in reception are extremely friendly and professional. All of my appointments the past 5 years have been on time and it's an absolute pleasure to visit them.
