I needed to get my bike serviced - booking an appointment here took all of 15 seconds through their website. Very pleased.
Queued outside the shop for over 2 hours on a freezing Saturday only to make it into the lobby and be told there wouldn't be time before closing time to get fitted. Much as the response below is trying to offer some caring words the reality of this shops actions were far from this. Actions as they say do speak louder than words. That no-one came out in all the time we queued (or for those ahead of us in the queue) on a cold, cold Saturday seems far from 'doing their very best. So my advice would be go elsewhere, don't wait in line.
Better show up at least 15mins before closing. Showed up at 5:48 today November 3rd after 20min drive to find them with the door locked store closed. Employees were still in the store just wouldn’t come to the door because I guess they were tired of being open. This has happened twice where they have closed before the google listed time. Recommendation for the store. Posts different hours if you don’t honour the ones online you’ll lose more customers. I’ll never go back.
