I went there on a date night with my partner 28 (I am 33) they refused to serve me a beer because I did not have ID. I explained that I had recently lost my wallet and was in the process of replacement - even offered a picture of the front and back of it and the guy didn’t give me the time of day. Also refused to sell my partner who had ID a jug in case he might share it with me. I passed it off as nothing, was super chill about it and ended up staying. 3 hours playing pool and bowling without any beer is not the end of the world but at the price point of a Billiards WITH beer. I’d say sheer lack of judgement on staff’s part is pathetic and perhaps the business owners don’t trust them. We’ve gone to this place quite a few times over the last couple years and haven’t had any major problems. Place is clean and very professional but feels more like being back in high school. The same staff there since day 1 and they still treat us like strangers. A quite unfriendly, policy-driven sort of vibe where 80% of the time I have overheard communication between employees and customers is when the customer is doing something wrong. For example there were two of us and I asked for 3 games and was charged for 6 on the receipt. When questioned and yes I asked nicely - wasn’t playing Karen - was immediately told “there’s two of you so price is double that’s the way it always is” rudely as if i either was an idiot for not knowing of this or had asked a rhetorical question. Could have been a bit nicer - obviously I didn’t understand. Seems like upper management should develop a better relationship with their staff IMO

First time back since I started a family, but it's the same great experience I remember as a teenager. The lanes are plenty and very well kept. And any issues that arise are taken care of quickly and efficiently and with a smile! The bathrooms are also very clean and well kept. I took my 6 and 3 year old here and was surprised that they had shoes for my little one. They have the ball ramps and 6 lb balls as well for the little guys. Prices are reasonable and was able to play 2 games and spend about 2 hours with the kiddos. What a great experience! There is a good counter that has drinks and snacks foods galore, and a lot of lockers to use as well. Everything was done with a smile and the staff was very polite, even when they were slammed. What a great place to bring the family, and we will definitely come back!
Great place to bowl. Management and staff are great. I would highly recommend this alley if looking for a good night out.
Had a great time with cool atmosphere and good bowling. Needs more florescent style tho to make glow bowling even funner. Maybe a strobe light lane
Nice lanes, seems to be well maintained. Music isn't overly loud and the fries were pretty good. Our group had a great time!
Good sanitizing practices in place. Manager is following all AHS protocol and it was very fun to go with the family.
Fantastic little bowling place. Nice lanes, has some pool tables (2 to play, 2 loonies), and some arcade games. Great place to hang out with the friends. Had a good time here, and the staff were friendly. Edit: when I came the second time, I would say that the staff were less friendly the second time. It was still fun. They do have gutters and 6 pound balls, helped with the little one we had! Would like it if the rates were posted somewhere or made visible. I couldn’t really see these. This would help! Tried the poutine and waffle fries. Their fries are really good! The size was decent for 7.
I'm guessing this place is for professionals. We were frowned upon ordering 2 jugs of beer and a single bottle of beer between 4 people. We showed up around 930 and they said last call was any minute, and that this amount of alcohol was way to much between 4 adults who wanted to have fun and do some amature bowling. He assumed we were gonna drink and drive but we had a dd in place. I also over heard the employs talking about it. This place is very disrespectful and could have handled this much better. I will never be coming back again. To add on to the situation we showed up and nobody was interested to help out, the biggest disappointment was the guy with the longer hair who was upset that we ordered food at lat call at 945 which was just a large fry. When we showed up he said there was no bowling after 9 and then he says there was bowling after 9. Also he said the consetion was closed after 9 and then continued to say it was open after 9? This young man needs to be evaluated or even let go with his disrespect. I would love to talk to upper management about this. Just discussing.
