Strongly recommend Kilian for quality modern furniture - a fantastic way to support a local business in Calgary. Beyond the great furniture and drool-worthy kitchen items are the people and the service - outstanding. From start to finish, we were treated very well and when a manufacturing issue was found with one of the pieces after delivery, there was zero hassle and we felt that they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Had a huge selection of everything I was looking for and more. The consultant I dealt with was Colin. I have nothing but praise for him. He guiding me along the design process and made it very easy for me to furnish my new home. Ask for Colin if you need anything at all!
Made a hasty decision to buy a dining table from here. After the purchase, we found out that the salespeople are condescending and arrogant and don't have a clue about the furniture they sell. Questions on furniture were replied with "check the website". Delivery was late by 3 weeks. We asked to be able to track the delivery and the response was "it is on a truck between Montreal and Calgary with no way of tracking it". Salespeople told us they would call us with updates but didnt hear from them until we called them several days later. We asked for a refund and they said it wasn't possible. Will never buy from here again!
Sadly they are closing their doors. Another casualty of the poor economy? They are having a 'retirement' sale until the end of October 2015
