We recently hired Karma Doors and Windows Services to replace a sealed unit window in the front of our house. The home is older and has wooden window frames. Our service man was very professional, knowledgeable and very quick to get the job finished. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family. Their workmanship is high quality. Thanks Karma!
I would never use this business again. He came to service my door and didn’t really listen to what I needed. I ended up paying more than expected for the services due to him using a high power drill to take out a screw and ended up wearing it down and wasn’t able to take it out( I think this was his plan for me to buy his product) And in the end I ended up fixing it myself. I would keep a close eye on his work if you decide to go this way. The only reason he didn’t get a one star is because he came back to try to adjust it. Than again still didn’t listen to what I wanted that could’ve been done.
