I purchased 3 little froglets and a few different plants from JJE and I could not be more pleased!! The frogs are in great health and settled in very well, the plant clippings were large and very healthy! I had my order delivered to Edmonton by Dawn and Lucas, everything arrived perfect. I could not recommend them more for live animals and live plants, Dawn and Lucas are such nice people and they always have a wonderful selection of products and live stock!

I have been dealing with Jungle Jewel exotics for 2 years now. I now have 4 of their beautiful dart frogs. All 4 are healthy vibrant little critters and have been since day 1. Last month I had the pleasure of touring their shop. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the health of all of their tanks and believe me there's not just a few. The work they put into their tanks shows in their beauty. The owners are very personable, educated and very helpful. They carry all the products you need for your vivarium needs.
Great service from beginning to end! I placed my order for my new Jungle Dawn LED bars and in just over 2 hours hours, my order was filled and shipped. Bit of a hiccup in the shipping, that was completely unrelated to anything they did (error on Canada post side), when I informed, Lucas, about the problem after getting very little info out of Canada post, he was quick to jump on it and was able to get back to me with more info. Needless to say, the problem was resolved and my new lights are shining brightly over my tanks!
I've been purchasing from Jungle Jewel Exotics for 1.5 years now. Lucas and Dawn are always super helpful and beyond friendly. Most importantly, they are very (very!) knowledgeable, and always willing to share their experience in order to help you become a better educated hobbyist. Beyond that, I've think they've put a lot of effort into supporting this hobby in Canada. I've purchased frogs, plants, flies, clean-up crew, and endless supplies, and will continue to go back to Jungle Jewel because they offer world-class service.

Jungle Jewel Exotics have been absolutely incredible in every aspect since I have learned of their company. I recently purchased a trio of beautiful boana tree frogs and various bromeliads. The entire process was excellent. I asked many questions and each one was met with the utmost knowledge and patience. I enjoyed my whole experience. I will be a repeat customer for years to come.
