THESE PEOPLE ARE ROCK STARS! We are (still) in the midst of a renovation that needed a unique piece of metal in our kitchen island. Even though it was delayed getting to them, Derek bent over backwards to get it to us and turned it around brilliantly. Sandblast, powder coat and back to our fabricator in record time. We avoided having to reschedule contractors and everything worked perfectly....all because they took the time to care about our situation! I have had 4 sets of wheels done here. The work was excellent and the staff are accommodating and the pricing is very fair.
Good work for the most part but inconsistent on quality. When I took back some pieces I wasn't happy with they told me they would fix them but if it happened again they couldn't repair their mistakes. The pieces I wanted repaired were really bad with powder coating flaking / bubbling off with lots of dirt specs and they refused to fix them or respond to my e mails about repairing them. So I'll take my buniness elsewhere.
