Do NOT use Iron Mountain, find a local shredding company! Iron Mountain has the WORST customer service EVER!! They NEVER return phone calls and emails, they constantly forget services and re-schedule services without any notice or explanation. Iron Mountain does not care about you as a customer and they definitely do not care about providing good service!

Avoid if at all possible for the only reason that their billing/AR department is totally incompetent. They outsource collections to the Philippines, and they have no concept of accounting. I had to prepay for storage, and apparently that is a concept foreign to them. Headache and frustration is all I've dealt with since I made the choice to use them .... 1 star is generous. No complaints on the actual storage though. The driver who picked up the boxes was professional if you're looking for something positive.
From a business standpoint - DO NOT use Iron Mountain!! Crazy expensive compared to other companies offering the same services (why we wanted to switch to someone else) - and impossible to cancel out of your contract. Very incompetent terminating team making us wait over 60 business days to close the account (meanwhile holding our boxes hostage)!! Then after paying the final expenses - their auto debit took another extra payment out the following month after we already closed our account. AND THEN still waiting for my credit cheque from that extra payment for over 3 months now. Also when you ask them to stop the autopayments - they do not. Please save your company money, time, stress and frustration by never doing business with Iron Mountain.
Never ever use this place. We keep getting wrong bills and charges for who knows what. Terrible customer service they don't even deserve one star
Terrible service. Cancelled my contract months ago and continuing to get billed and harrassed for collections when I have paid in full. Called at least ten times to explain my situation with no resolve. Incompetence throughout the entire organization. No communication, no action and horrible accounting dept. These guys are the definition of poor customer service. ZERO STARS!
I would rather burn my storage items than have to deal with these people. Nickel and dimed, no help, hung up on when you call for help. I will NEVER use this company again.
The lady who comes to my workplace in downtown Calgary for the last 2 months never greets. Do they teach them good manners and be educated? Remember is my workplace 24/7. Do they do the same everywhere?
Awful customer service, so difficult to deal with, as a small company we get pick ups every three months and add a few once in a while and they can't seem to understand. They can NEVER get it right, everyone is rude at the company on the phone and in person and ALWAYS overcharge us. As an easy account its surprising they can't handle something so simple.
