This was my first experience purchasing custom boxes and found it to be a bit of difficult experience not knowing the technical aspects, difference in pricing etc. David was extremely helpful and gave me a call and spent the time to answer my questions so I understood what I wanted / needed. He was also extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience. Not only this, I couldn't find a better price anywhere. Would definitely recommend.

Quality of the boxes are good but if you’re going to name your company INSTAbox, at least make the processing INSTA as well, not just the box. For example, taking almost 2 months to respond back to my inquiry on what sizes you have in stock.

Time management is god awful here. I placed an order AHEAD of time (enough time for them to prep everything and have everything ready early) and they told me that my order WILL be ready, but I waited at the dock and it took me almost an hour to FINALLY get my order and it was not even the right size boxes. Pfft, talk about “Insta”box.

The Barbell Box

Enough good things can not be said about InstaBox. Eva and her whole team are incredible and are there to hold you hand every step of the way. Their customer service is top notch! Even when we had a competitor try and steal our business, InstaBox stepped up to the plate for us and made our boxes and experience even better! We have done well over 10k boxes with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom made and printed boxes!
