Dropped off my black and decker drill here about two weeks ago. Called to get an update and Audrey was amazing. She told me they're working with the manufacturer and gave me a full rundown on what is going on. I understand that working within manufacturers warranties can be difficult at times, especially when they don't have the part anymore, so I was very appreciative that they're doing their best.

Milwaukee Power Tool repairs and parts. They are replacing an M18 Battery for me that won't charge. Just dropped it off and am waiting for the replacement to arrive. Audrey is awesome & she knows her stuff for sure. DMack.
I’ve had a few tools in there since the beginning of November it’s now the end of February when I called to find out when my tools are repaired under warranty they tell me look we’re doing you a favour repairing them we don’t know when they’ll be fixed your only option is to call 1- 800 Milwaukee and if I don’t like it I can just come and pick the tools up very poor service and abrasive on the phone I spent 30,000 in Milwaukee tools I’m stuck with these guys fixing them.
I would like to let any customer thinking of shopping here to avoid this place like the plague. I called to inquire about replacing a chuck for my cordless drill and received the worst service and quiet honestly, verbal abuse, from Sue Schmidt. I can't believe how rude this lady was to me. She was yelling and telling me that I was telling her how to do her job - which I wasn't. I simply stated that I was told that there were two styles of chucks and that I could replace it. She continued to accuse me of lying and that no one that works there would say that to me. She is in no way a professional and I've never been treated this way in my life.
Replaced my m18 battery that would no longer charge. Quick and easy!
