Really smooth experience, Honestly way better than I expected. My iPhone battery was losing charge rapidly. They explained everything clearly what the whole process was and told me to come back in an hour. When I returned they had replaced the battery at a very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend iBroken to anyone

They don't answer their phones, and try and upsell you on everything. They also don't have the best price. Thanks for the reply - my 11 year old niece brought her phone in from Tomahawk to Calgary to get it fixed and these are HER thoughts. And yes, the screen is no longer functioning after your repair. As for 2 months later, well that's when Google put the review notification up. Tell you what - why don't you answer the phone and we can discuss this.

After my phone screen broke unexpectedly, I was able to make an appointment online right away to get it fixed the next day. The whole process was seamless and so easy for me. Ryan was very professional and had my phone screen in stock and my phone was as good as new within hours. Would definitely recommend this store. Thank you so much!

This place is great! I took my wife's iPhone 8 due to the home button making a load noise- every time it was pressed. The gentleman at the counter took a quick look and was able to fix it in under a minute - free of charge! Apparently some screws were loose. I'm impressed with the knowledge they had to fix it quickly and good nature to not want to charge for a simple fix. Will definitely recommend this place to get your phone fixed!

It took several tries (3) to install a new port for my G7 thin Q. I had to return to the store 4 or 5 times. The younger staff lack (Ryan) any customer service skills, I would consider him to be very rude and to be unempathetic. I only have a cell phone so to be without it over several nights was very inconvenient, I asked for a temporary phone and was given I was given a temp phone but it didn't work. It took over 3 weeks to finally get my phone working properly.
