I tried to sign up on their app. I've been trying it for 2 days now and not successful. I was stuck on providing the identification verification. I took a picture of my driver' license and not even sure if their system got it or not. And taking so long

Beware, this company has change alot. I sent a bank to bank transfer and they never told me that this will take a while now. So while my money is still sitting in their hands its to late for my emergency purpose. Its hard to get a hold of them nobody answers the phone. Its been 4 days since i sent the money and im still waiting.
I sent money to the Ph and it is always delayed, recently bank to bank transactions were not available so i had no choice but to do a door to door transaction on december 6, 2020 canada time its now friday in the Philippines and they have not received the money yet, when I asked the customer service rep Feng they said to wait for next tuesday (which is way over the 3-5 days for door to door) when my wife called the IREMIT Philippines they told her that some part of the address is incomplete, which the messenger customer service rep failed to inform me, i wonder if they are really doing their job when we ask to follow up or check the status of our remittance. We are sending our HARD EARNED. Income to our loved ones and we do not deserve this TERRIBLE SERVICE
The first staff who assisted me showed inappropriate facial expression when she learned that i dont have a record yet. I thought when she asked me kung my record ako is akala ko she was asking if it is my first time mg pdala sa knila. I even repeat myself na it was my first time. So hard to hear what she was saying because aside from the shield that she has on her face there was this acrylic plastic wall in front of me. It is good that her co-worker asked if she needs help and I was passed on to her. She was alot nicer, her name is Pamela. Keep up the good work Pamela.
IRemit NE TNT Pacific mall Calgary this person name Garcia, Bryan is not professional, i encountered him twice ,no customer service manners,acted rude ,not even know how to greet and smile.I send money yesterday apr 25, till now money as not been recieved I was wondering why it was delay?this money is for emergency due if situation back home this happened 2nd time,I been sending money since 1996, the service is getting terrible now.

Extremely poor service. Avoid at all cost. Our company attempted to use iRemit to perform Payroll services to our overseas employees resulting in nothing short of a disaster on each occasion; including missing money, applying money to wrong bank accounts, mishandling of sensitive information, unnecessarily rude staff, shortcutting compliance procedures, not performing transactions in a agreed upon time frame to name a few. We don't usually write reviews, but feel compelled to protect other consumers against this extremely unprofessional company. Please exercise caution before proceeding.
