What a great dealership and sales team - We bought a Santa Fe two weeks ago. LEN REIMER helped us narrow down our decision by being ready for our appointments, including having our potential vehicles lined-up on the lot and ready to test drive. His product knowledge was superb, plus his calming/patient demeanor was appreciated - he helped us understand the differences between vehicles and trims levels, while keeping the process fun event, which made us feel confident with our purchase when we walked out the door. Then Kent kept this calm approach going when we were finalizing pricing. Even after the sale LEN went above and beyond to ensure the car was meticulously clean and detailed when we came to pick it up. Overall, go see Len as at the Hyundai Gallery to get a clean, quiet and lower pressure experience (which is the exact opposite experience I had at Dodge dealership a week later when buying a new Ram). We just picked up our vehicle the other day, a 2021 Santa Fe Ultimate Calligraphy. While it was a three week wait, waiting for a specific colour, it was well worth it. Our sales guy, Len, was amazing, making us fell welcome and making sure we got all the information we needed. The general manager, Derek, made sure we got everything we wanted in a SUV and Rahul the finance guy was AMAZING in making sure the numbers worked, we got the best bang for our buck and went above and beyond answering our millions of questions. We appreciated everything they did for us!
