Sad that world health no longer runs this location... I have to pay to cancel my account even though i cant even use the gym under the terms i signed on. Horrible treatment during the pandemic. Great facility, poor management/ customer service.

Disappointed at the call I just got from a guy named Will. Greasy sales tactic saying I owe them money when in fact I cancelled my gym membership a solid year and a bit ago. Saying I still owe them a balance, which is completely incorrect, because I paid the full balance when I cancelled. I am not happy and will be reporting this directly to the proper authorities Abhorrent business practices. The staff and facilities are excellent. I enjoy the trainers and the managers. Everyone is very nice and courteous. But doing sales like this is not acceptable.
Prior to covid they had long term wifi issues that I reported multiple times and never got resolved. This was one of the reasons I initially stopped going and then after the pandemic I decided to cancel the membership altogether. It had been very difficult to get any kind of freeze to the account and I was told that the credit would be applied next cycle however they wouldn’t let me use it until the end of your contract. All in all, their lack of flexibility and customer service was shocking considering the price of their membership.

Worst gym in town. The way they treated my friend during this Covid crisis is deplorable. They charged his card for April when gyms were closed. When they opened in July, they started charging again. The manager said they will refund July fees but not April because my friend didn't give notice. My friend wants all his back returned, more than 600. We are going into December, no refund and now the manager doesn't pick calls or answer emails. Be warned, do not be sweet talked into signing a contract- you will regret it.
One of my all time favorite gyms in the city! The all around experience is incredible. The staff is all super amazing, and help you out so much, and all the extras like the food and pool are an excellent touch! I can't wait to get back in there for another workout every time I leave!
Don’t believe what they say! They would say anything to make you sign up. I work late so I asked them before I sign up if it’s ok if I am late to classes, they said sure. Then after I signed up, they cane up with a new policy. If you’re one min late to classes you cannot attend the class and if you don’t cancel 3 hours before the class begins and don’t show up they charge you. Gym is supposed to be fun. It’s not supposed to add more stress to people’s lives!!!!
