I went to Guitarworks yesterday to look at acoustic guitars for myself, a beginner. Immediately walking into the store, I noticed how clean and organized it was. The staff working greeted my friend and I as we walked in. I did a lap around the acoustics room and was then approached by Carter. He asked if I was looking for anything specific and I told him what I was looking for, he asked me a few more questions to help me determine what was best for me and then he presented me the options. He was very knowledgeable while answering my questions. I genuinely wasn't planning on making a purchase that day let alone in under 15 minutes! I had an excellent experience and I love my new guitar. Thanks Carter!

Very friendly staff. Don't feel unwelcome to checkout different guitars. This would be where to bring your guitar if you need service.

I have bought and traded gear here multiple times throughout the last couple years and have had great experiences with the friendly staff each time. Steve was very helpful yesterday when I went to trade in some gear towards a new acoustic and helped pick out a humidifier and strings that would suit that guitar. Always fun to go in and have a peek at what's in stock.

This guitar works is unbelievable, by far the best and most unique guitars in Calgary. That being said everything in the store is pricey not going to find much under 500 so not super beginner friendly but if your a serious player or have the money they have some incredible stuff.
