Wow! Impressed with the level of service here. The first young man to help me was admittedly less knowledgeable and found a second person to help. Blake walked me through options and what they had in stock, and even made suggestions that might work in lieu of my original plan. Thank you for the exceptional service. I also appreciate someone seeking out assistance and using that to learn to make their own repertoire better. Well done!
Impressive place! Had to go two separate times but both times were an absolute pleasure. I felt super safe in terms of their Covid protocols and both times I was greeted by someone who was both friendly and helpful. And they had the parts i needed in stock, both times! Would give six stars if I could.
Gregg's is a great place to shop, they have a lot and can access a lot of things you might need. The best part about Gregg's is their customer service, I have never had a bad experience with their customer service in the past 10 years I have been using their service.
