Tyler has always been great to deal with! He provides healthy and colourful corals with a great selection. My favourite from him has been this torch. Started with 2 heads in May and now at 9!
We have three salt water tanks and ordered from Great White Reefs for the first time last week. First the customer service was amazing. They were responsive and customer focused. Second the products, in our case 12 corals, were excellent. They exceeded expectations in terms of size and quality. Third, they are extremely careful and professional in their shipping. We live 300 km away and they arranged next day FedEx delivery. The corals were places in salt water with protective casings and in individual plastic bags. They were placed in an insulated box and then a sturdy cardboard box. They have been in our tanks for three days now and are doing fine. I can honestly say this is one company that under promises and over delivers. Customer service, quality, and value..covered all three with five stars out of five.
I LOVE the frags I buy from Tyler at Great White Reefs. Everything I buy is well taken care of and healthy. He's also full of fantastic information and will even DELIVER in PERSON if you live in Calgary! Excellent customer service. I bought my favourite frag from him. A Captain America Zoa! Many more since then.
I had a great experience with Great White Reefs! They have an excellent selection and good prices. I particularly liked that they had free local delivery, and they delivered my corals personally to my door, so I didn’t have to worry about the corals in the mail. All my zoas arrived happy and healthy, and they even gave me a few extra heads! I will definitely be ordering again.
Tyler is a pillar of the local reefing community. He never hesitates to help anyone out no matter if it’s just identifying an u known specimen or chemical imbalance. His corals are always healthy and pest free. He really does try to make an effort to better the hobby for all those who enjoy it so much. Here are a few happy specimens from him including a rare to find Golden Rod Anacropora.
