We used this company to get rid of graffiti that was on my brick wall in the apartment complex I manage. We called the number online and it took a few days to get back to us. We were in contact eventually with the General Manager. She told us that it would take some time for someone to pop by and assess the situation. We really needed this graffiti to be removed so we sent a few pictures to the General Managers email. We received no reply. As a customer, we had to go the extra mile to give Goodbye graffiti business, which was really odd. We received contact from the General Manager a couple days later saying she will stop by and take pictures. Even though we took our own pictures and sent it via email, which the General Manager stated we never sent. This was very frustrating and to top it off, we received a reply back from the General Manager to our email we sent previously(with pictures). She stated someone will be here to assess the situation. Personally, I was very confused. I had to call her back to see what was going on. It was almost like the General Manager forgot about us? The technician arrived and got rid of most of the graffiti, yet there was this faded outline of the removed graffiti. We contacted Goodbye graffiti to ask why is there a burn mark on my brick? They sent out the owner and he applied this awful smelling chemical. With a finger brush he was scrubbing but the burn did not go away. Ugh. We thought the graffiti would go bye bye like the name of the business states. It didn't. We tried calling again to see if we could get our bill reduced. The General Manager told us that it wasn't fully successful but that is the nature of the business. Wow. Funny thing is we had a visitor from Goodbye graffiti ring our community doorbell and ask where the graffiti was? We told her it was poorly removed. I am wondering if she was the General Manager? Probably got the emails mixed up? What a gong show.

The experience I had was very poor. It was almost impossible to get any form of communication from them. It was really frustrating. When I emailed the main website. The graffiti guy came in a truck and took a look at the graffiti on my cinder blocks. He told me that he was called to blow the graffiti off, even though my cinder blocks were previously painted. I was alerted that the graffiti guy needed a paint sample. Personally I was perturbed by it because I wanted immediate removal. The graffiti removal guy showed me on his tablet the picture of my cinder blocks. Whoever took the picture, took it from inside the vehicle with the window down. I could see the drivers side mirror. Do they not get out of their vehicle and take a proper picture so they know what they are dealing with when they arrive? Or is it laziness? Anyways....they painted the blocks and that was that. Soooooo much hassle.
