We have had the same Q5 S-Line since it was new in 2010 and I am consistently impressed with the service department at Glenmore Audi. This week was no exception when I had an electrical problem brought on by a recent visit to a body shop. These people know what there doing and fixed things up quick and at a reasonable cost. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, I would like to say that my experience in looking for a car with Steve Giles in sales was very good. Steve was easygoing and very helpful, and the test drives he set up were above what I have seen at some other dealers, for example, Steve warmed up a car for me in advance of my visit on a very cold evening.
Hands down one of the best dealership experiences we’ve ever had. From the initial email with a test drive coordinator to our dealing with Jen in Sales who patiently answered all our questions and scenarios via email and texts, to Peter in Finance who was such a pleasure to deal with down to the Michelle who “delivered” our Audi to us and walked us through all the features - I would literally never switch luxury car brands to anything else. Bravo to this team, you’ve made vehicle purchases from a dealership seamless and pleasant and actually enjoyable.
The purchase experience at Glenmore Audi was very good. In fact, all staff we dealt with were terrific. The service department however is another story. Luckily there are more than one Audi dealership in the City and even better than they have phenomenal customer service/service department. (and they also pick up the phone when you call to book a service appointment)
Bought my new car recently. Doug us always great to deal with and service dept is very helpful. Most certainly recommend them if you are in the market for an Audi.
