Twice within the last month I have been able to find items here that I was not able to find elsewhere. Believe me, I had searched extensively! Sonia and Dave are very helpful. I highly recommend this shop and will make it my first stop the next time I am looking for electrical items.

Only open for 4 hours per day, 4 days per week and not answering the phone. They kind of deserve to go out of business
If you need electrical supplies or help with a light fixture you must go to Glazier! I cannot say enough good things about this store. Their staff have basically instructed me on which pieces of electrical equipment I need in order to rewire vintage light fixtures and lamps - obviously KNOW what you’re doing, it’s electrical and therefore dangerous but these wizards can help you find ANYTHING! Just go.
Love this place. Service is great and when you need a light fixed or a part for a light this is the only place in town to come to. If they don't have what you need no one will.
We can't say enough about Glazier Electric! When it comes to repairing Lights this is the only place in town worth talking about. If they can't fix your light it's pretty safe to say it can't be fixed. Honest, Helpful and Smart. Keep up the great work
Such a great selection of lamp parts & beautiful shades
I have dealt with glazier in the past, for custom vintage style marquee sign parts with no problems, but recently, my partner contacted them for a very large marquee sign project we are working on. The woman who answered the phone was unprofessional and gave us poor customer service - one word answers and did not seem to want to help or direct us in the right direction. I’m all for supporting local but I guess I’m going to have to go to amazon instead...
Have had a number of vintage lamps rewired here. Prompt service. Quality work. Also a nice selection of lamp shades and hard-to-find parts and cords. I love having vintage lamps with safe wiring!! :-) Good value for money. My only wish is that they were open one evening each week so I could pick things up after working hours. Also, this business has been in Calgary since 1933 (!!) so I like supporting a local small business. Highly recommended.
