Called in the morning to get a quote. Was told I’ll have it by the end of the day. Never did get the pricing. Called the next day never heard back. Sent an email stating I need the pricing the pricing was not accurate on what I initially asked for so I asked to get it fixed. Never heard back from them. I called them to see what was going on and they oh we didn’t have your contact info. I’m sorry but I gave my phone number on the first initial call. We exchanged emails and on my email it has my contact information on it for reference. Poor service and will not use these guys.

The team at Glass Doctor was professional, very responsive and competitively priced. They replaced a shower glass on a ledge in a suite at my hotel quickly and it looked great so I could get the room back in service and ready to sell.
All went well, David (the Manager) is a great guy, always making himself available and explain things in a simple way.
