We used Focal Point to build a custom door for our property in the Invermere area. The surrounding forest is predominantly Douglas Fir and we wanted to mirror that in our door using Fir. Sean Keown and the crew at Focal Point were able to find exactly the right wood and stain, they designed and built the door to our specifications and installed it. We are very happy with the door and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom door. We plan on using Focal Point for our next project in Springbank for Spring 2018.

Focal Point Custom Doors knows how to deliver. From the first point of contact their representative Sean Keown was very professional and met with me in a timely manner. They were able to customize our exterior front doors and give us exactly what we were looking for and the price was right. We were on a very tight time restraint and they were able to exceed our expectations. They delivered and installed even sooner then our deadline date. We had a bad experience with this company and they left has hanging on a project and I don't mean our doors. We started discussions with them for a custom interior door package July 2017 with a August install date and once a price was agreed to we gave them a deposit. They were not good at communicating date changes, when doors were not received when promised we would contact them and they would give us new dates. Finally in October we received a message that they would not be doing our job and there was no mention of a deposit refund. We did get our deposit back put I'm not sure we would have had we not hounded them. Here we our 3 months later starting over looking for doors. This was a very bad experience and I highly recommend not using this company.
Thank you for the absolutely beautiful maple front door for our new home in Lethbridge. You were a pleasure to deal with, and we're already having neighbours ask us where we got our door. Thanks again!
