Amazing!! They were lifesavers. Our puppy got a hold of my partners phone and chewed it until the screen went green. I was frantically trying to find a place to repair it (it was 7:30pm) and happened upon Fix Factory. Not only did they answer right away, but they were able to come to our house to fix it, all in about an hour. Would highly recommend them if you are needing a phone repair!!! Thanks again!!!!

Man what an awesome experience I received from the tech. He not only came to my location, he did the repair on site which was amazing and allowed me to focus on my business and family time. Communication was on point, direct and quick responses. He was very knowledgeable, good to answer any questions I had, and gave me updates every step of the way.
