Ill never go back. I have never met someone so rude to a potential customer in my life. It looks like they can't take a bad review without replying. This should be interesting.
The Fish guys were an amazing organization. Luke took the time to teach me so much about fish and totally took care of me by making sure I had everything I need at such amazing prices. Luke's knowledge on fish blew my mind and his kindness and generosity was truly appreciated. Me and my 3 kids and wife had a lonely chiclid for the past five years in a 25 gallon tank, and Luke set me up with a 90 gallon tank and gave me 2 more chiclids to keep my lonely one company. Thanks Luke and definitively recommend the fish guys for all your fish needs.
Poor customer service. Used these guys last year, and wrote a review else where but found out it was the wrong business so I'm here to leave a proper review. They say they will come fix the problems after purchasing a tank. After the sales done they dont keep their words. They take your old equipment and never return it. They say they have it but turns out it was thrown away. Contact the one guy multiple time but have been told hell come but never shows up. Wont be using these guys please stay away and save your money.
I’m a very happy customer, it’s great to find a store that specializes in selling used ( but in good condition ) aquarium equipment at a price I can afford. The service I received was friendly and the owner was very knowledgeable.
