there is no service with this company, we bought a machine in November 2020, for our furniture building company, first issue they sent the wrong part for the rotor, said they would replace - nothing. On Jan 2 the machine stopped working, here we are on Feb 1 2021 and still it sits unusable, makes a pretty expensive table to store supplies. This has been a nightmare.
