We are relatively new in Calgary and I needed some help with my chainsaw. Called yesterday, visited today and my chainsaw is working. Really enjoyed chatting with the “family” and would go back in a heartbeat. They are moving places just down the road but look them up to fix your equipment.

Yesterday I purchased an Echo vacuum/shredder at Father and Sons Power Equipment. The young man that dealt with me was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. When I brought the vacuum home I had difficulty starting it... let me be quick to point out that I later discovered it was a “faulty operator” rather than a faulty machine. In any case, I called back, explained my issue and left a message for Jason to call me back. Within a few minutes, Jason returned my call and walked me through starting procedures, etc. As the other young man in the office, Jason was friendly, polite, and helpful. We agreed that we would leave things for me to continue to try to start the machine and if I couldn’t get it going I would bring it back for further assistance. Although I thought, at the time, that I had followed all starting instructions, when I thought about it later, I recognized that I probably had NOT followed instructions. The good news...I was able to start the machine. Even better news.... late in the afternoon Jason called me at home to see if I had managed to start the vacuum. I very much appreciated that call, that follow-up. Follow up service like that appears to be in decline. I applaud Father and Sons and, particularly Jason, for providing that kind of service. Father and Sons will certainly be my dealer of choice any time I need to purchase and service this type of equipment.
Excellent service (Honda snowblower repair)! I will definitely use their services for all future engine repairs.
These guys are awesome, manufacturer defect and they had me in and out in 15 minutes.
