Wonderful service! I had to go in to get an impacted root removed and everyone is very friendly and professional. I especially remember the Anesthesiologist, Craig being very friendly. I also have to point out that the RN in the recovery room who was a gentleman whose name i cannot remember was so caring and friendly - he answered all of the questions that i had about after care. I appreciate the follow up call less than a week after my procedure. I highly recommend going to Dr. Darichuk's office as you will get great service! Thank you.

I went to Dr. Lee Darichuk's office in November to get my wisdom teeth removed and I'm happy with the results. I thought I would experience painful areas in my mouth after the operation, but weeks passed by and I never felt any pain. The instructions they provide after the operation is very good. The staff also takes their health and safety of their patients seriously. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a professional surgeon for wisdom teeth removal.

the worst reception staff - Chelsea - Crystal that I have ever had to work with, Did not send information to my insurance company in a timely manner I had to call myself to get everything completed. Did not send my referral to the Doctor it was supposed to go to. I had to call in and literally check up weeks later. It would have not been followed up on. They wouldn't tell me the name of the Doctor I was referred to ?????????? Why ??? Dr Darichuk is a fantastic Dr!! just do all your own paper work and follow ups. looks like, by the reviews, its not just me that had a hard time with the reception staff. Obviously there is no follow up by the Office manager.

I had a great experience with Face Forward for my wisdom teeth removal. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable from my consult all the way to my follow up. I was also very impressed with how easy the office was to reach ( I didn't have to leave voicemails or stay on hold at all), which I find fairly common with specialty clinics. Thanks everyone!

I got my wisdom teeth out here. The surgeon, nurses, and anesthesiologist did a great job and I was very happy with their service. I did, however, have a bit of a problem with them when I tried to follow up about a week after surgery. I was experiencing EXTREME pain (this was not ordinary wisdom tooth removal pain, it was about a week after the surgery and I couldn't even sleep because of how bad it was). I phoned them as I thought there might be a problem; the nurse on the phone really didn't seem to believe me and told me if I was still in that much pain in another week, then \maybe\ they could get me in for a followup appointment. I thought it was inappropriate to ask me to suffer for another week before they would even see me. I went to my regular dentist who got me set up with different meds and a new plan, and I feel much better now. We paid a lot of money to have the surgery done here, and it was frustrating to be brushed off when I was in a lot of pain post-surgery. On a more positive note, the anesthesiologist (I'm sorry I can't remember his name!) was very kind and comforted me a lot as I was quite nervous, and the nurse that took care of me when I woke up was also very caring. They were also very conscious about COVID and I felt safe in the office.
