Staff are professional and nurses are kind and personable. Dr Poelman goes above and beyond and takes time to hear concerns, treat appropriately, as well as share experiences she has had. Excellent clinical practice!

Had an appointment which was booked 3 months earlier by a doctor referral. Did not get any reminder notice and tried to contact with them as I had a work requirement for me to be out of town. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone and unfortunately missed the appointment. Spoke to receptionist to rebook and was rudely told there is a 75 charge for rebooking. I did mention I tried to contact them but was after hours. She laughed and said “I don’t understand, we have a voicemail, do you know how to leave a voicemail?” Ya no thanks. I understand it’s my fault not connecting but I would have appreciated some consideration and respect as a customer. Sorry but I’ll have my doctor refer me to someone else. Too bad, because customer experience is still important to me.
I found the receptionist to be very helpful and accommodating. Me and my mother had two separate appointment-times two months apart due to our family physician referring us at different times. I called in to the clinic and was wondering if it was possible to have the two appointments scheduled together in order to save some time. The receptionist happily helped us and managed to get us in at the same time. Very friendly and helpful.
I was referred by my doctor who told me it would take 2 to 3 months to get an appointment here. It only took 2 weeks so I was very happy with that. The receptionist who called me was friendly, as well as when I went in. They were kind of busy but managed to see me right on time for my appointment. The doctor was nice and provided me with options. I would recommend them to anyone!:)
Been going to this clinic for about a year now, baffling to read these brutal reviews when every single business, let alone a health service, has its bad days. Haven’t you ever gone to work and nothing at all goes right? Day doesn’t run as smoothly as planned? To pick apart employees and attack them based on subjective things that don’t reflect the requirements of their position on google, just what I like to come home to! This is a tremendous and fabulous clinic that cares deeply and empathizes with their patients. I have waited an hour to get in for my appointment here before, however I was given the option to come back later on if I had plans, and informed that the clinic was on call that month receiving patients from the hospital. I chose to wait and was greeted with profuse apologies. I’ve been to many places, clinics aside, where the sense of obnoxious entitlement and lack of service was so outrageously obvious. At least ENTplus is honest and conscious of being respectable towards their clients. When I returned a few weeks later to the clinic I checked in at the front desk and was immediately taken into my appointment, early! I will always stand by a service that is true, honest and respectful regardless of whether or not they have a couple rough days.
A good clinic. Staff was engaged with the problem and offered continued care for a resolution. Sure, there was a wait-time to visit ... typical of any medical specialist. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who did not require immediate assistance.
What a great group of people, so friendly and accommodating. Im very happy with my experience today, highly recommend!
Dr. Poelman was extremely knowledgeable. She offered solutions that helped. I would highly recommend.
