My son has just finished his first private lessons with Tina, she is amazing! my son had a blast and can’t wait to go back next week. Very welcoming environment, and a professional establishment. Looking forward to a long relationship with Elite, they are now stuck with us as we are hooked.

I have spend almost two years at elite and am grateful for every class, teacher and classmate I have came across. I have improved my cardio and athleticism. I have lost weight and consistently kept it off. I have defended myself in public when needed. I have made friends. My fiancé is getting into it. I have now been able to get friends involved in classes that have now became full time members of the elite family. You will be welcomed, you will be challenged, you will get better and feel better as a result of coming here. I promise. See ya on the matt!
Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere. My kids love it! Solid coaching on both the kids classes and the adult classes. Great place to train!
Amazing staff who take the time with each and every student so they can all learn at their own pace. Very positive with feedback and helping to make the kids feel comfortable and build confidence! My daughter has only been going for a month and wishes she could go more often than once a week!
Well almost 2 years have gone by and I wanted to update my review. As expected I have continued to have an excellent experience with everyone at Elite, trainers and trainees alike. I've just signed my now 4 year old up for his first class and he's about as pumped as I am :) See you guys on January 5th!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have no experience with martial arts and was totally out of my comfort zone walking in to Elite. That being said I've been to 3 classes so far and the coaches are making me feel comfortable and have been guiding me through everything one step at a time. I've been looking for another way to get my cardio in and this looks like the answer for me. They also have kids classes which is good for my up and coming 2 year old. LOL
