I strongly encourage couples to look elsewhere. Our experience was nothing but failure and frustration. The lack of response, organization and professionalism is horrid. There are far better clinics and prices out there that will take the time to take care of you, not just take your money.

This place is a joke run by a nurse who has no compassion , she is all about saving the clinic money. Once they have your money, there is no patient care or anything. If you have questions about your cycle, first thing that comes out of her mouth is you do not get your money back . They do not have a full time doctor and your cycle is all about when any doctor is available to come do the procedures. Your cycle gets cancelled if there is a problem that could have been solved if there was a full time doctor. Since we started the process with them, we have met the doctor once. They have been struggling to get a full time doctor, wonder why? Going with this clinic would be worst decision you can make. You are already going through so much and this clinic does not make it easier. If i could I would give this clinic -100 stars. Please do your research before committing to this clinic.
Unprofessional lack of compassion. Let's not even get into the lack of a qualified doctor on staff. Money grab
Effortless for who? Take your money and forget you exist. They do nothing for you, you get a 10 minute meeting for 500, then they require you to do a bunch of testing which cost you out-of-pocket. However they will not make the appointments with the labs for you, they do absolutely nothing no follow up, no communication of any sort, we had testing done in May it is now October, and they finally found. This place is a joke. They get peoples hopes up and talk a good game, but don’t know how to follow through. Don’t waste your time or money
Great team, caring staff, great techniques and very thorough doctor. I had good results so far with them. They are brand new and working out some kinks. They are almost always late for appointments (15-45min) and their schedule and cycles are based around the doctor flying in from Vancouver.
This place is a joke. They lied to me before doing the procedure about their success rate, which I found out after my egg retrieval. During the egg retrieval I had to as for the pain meds, which they didn’t give me enough if so I remember everything. After the manager lied to me saying they would cover counseling sessions and than they backed out of paying and because I refused to sign a release form with the wrong information on it. DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC THEY ARE JUST AFTER PEOPLES MONEY.
Nurses were great and very caring, however clinic often did not follow up with emails or voicemails and the lack of monitoring (very low intervention IVF) and an out of town doctor leads to frustration and confusion. I’m sure there will be some success with couples with absolutely no issues, but we were very disappointed in their protocol and now at Regional getting much clearer information and more attention. I would be happy to share more feedback with the clinic if they care to contact me.
We had our initial consult with Effortless IVF on Jan 31, 2019. It went well. My first appt for initiation (pick up meds, sign consent forms for treatment) was scheduled for Feb 15. The clinic called me on Feb 11 to inform me that my meds had not arrived yet.... possibly due to the extreme cold weather they said (????) I was told they would call me when the meds arrived (within the next 2 weeks) I haven’t heard from the clinic since. After reading their reviews, and after being ignored, I’ve decided to do treatment elsewhere. At my age, starting treatment earlier rather than later, is very important. It’s now 6 weeks later and nothing! Don’t waste your time or money. This clinic is a joke.
