He was exceptionally patient with our toddler and really listened to our concerns, and took us seriously. He put tubes in our little one's ears, and removed adenoids. The surgery and recovery went very smoothly, and a year out we still have no issues. As a bonus, his reception and nurse staff are lovely to deal with, it's not a ridiculous wait time to get in for follow ups, and I've never had to sit more than 10 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. We've even gotten in early once. Very organized office. I would recommend Dr. Dautremont without any hesitation.

Dr. Dautremont is an awesome doctor. He really listens to his patients and explains things in detail if you don't understand. I suffered from an ear infection for 4 months and itchy ears for 2 years. Since being referred to him everything is MUCH better. He is very nice and remembers his patients. Barb at the front desk is also very nice. Such a good experience. I love that they text appointment confirmations!

Pleasantly surprised with how nice the front admin staff is, when I called to see how long it would take to see him, she advised it can take up to a year but offered to put me on the cancellation list and was able to get in a week or so later. I am now working with Dr. Dautremont on finding out what is causing my issues and he was very nice in the first appt.
My minor surgery was performed very well. An excellent surgeon.
Dr.Dautremont is by far one of the best ENT doctors in Calgary. After suffering for many years and seing numerous specialists for my sinus issues he was the only one that was able to help me. I’m forever grateful and would highly recommend him. Thx!
waited 6 months to see this doctor.And they cancelled my appointment.Said they sent me txts to confirm and i never recieved one.couldnt even place a call to see if they went thru.wasnt offered any help from receptionist.Just told it coukd be a year wait to get in again.Not impressed at all.I think they shoukd have handled things a little differently.Ive seen many ents and not one would just cancell such an important meeting on you after such a long wait.Terrible service!!
Nice staff. Dr Jon is friendly and professional. I'm a big fan of the automatic phone reminders they send out.
