This company is very rude and disrespectful. I came to Calgary to visit my fiancé and her family I walked the wrong way into McDonald's and after being in there for half an hour came out to find a ticket. I sent a picture to the company with the time of day and the time of the ticket. The guy sitting in his car looked and my wife and I and was being quite disrespectful and rude. We are apart of the LGBTQ community and he was very responsive to that in a rude way. Nothing was done about our ticket you can clearly tell I had a rental vehicle but nothing. When dealing with them they were very unresponsive or understanding. Be aware!!!!
