I love going to this store! There are so many local vendors that create awesome products.
Crafters looking to get your items placed here (cross iron location) you're not paying for customer service. In fact, the people working there stare you down angrily drawing potential customers away. Is that where youd want your items placed? Probably not. We went there on a Tuesday afternoon and I was the only one in the shop. I looked at the staff and smiled with 0 response from them. I had a couple questions about the items up high, but there was no one around to even ask. They both left to grab coffee..... Anyways, after they came back, they stood about 10 ft away from me just staring. I didnt want to bother their lovely coffee time, so I left. The concept of the shop is great, but when your staff doesnt care about customers coming in, as an artist, that would be concerning to me, considering both safety and loss of potential sales. People are paying good money to have their items here... but that experience reflected very poorly on the entire company.
