Brad & Phil with Commonwealth Home Ownership Group have been very fantastic to work with. They have been helping me invest in real estate in the Calgary area for about a year and have helped me progress and get organized. I've joined their Associate program, which is a guided approach to real estate investing. The systems, documents and tools have made investing in real estate much easier. CWHO is such a great resource for all things real estate. The team has really been through the trenches and know it all inside and out. The best part is that they are happy to share all of the information and information provided is ALWAYS relevant and up to date. I highly recommend them to all investors in real estate. They are great for those starting out as their guidelines and systems in place are easy to follow but they are also great for those who have been in the game long enough and need to be updated on new trends and efficient processes.
I enjoy the monthly mastermind meetings that Commonwealth Home Ownership hosts. These meetings are a great place for anyone who wants to learn about real estate and investing in it. What I like is the various topics discussed and learning how they affect real estate. The presentations are insightful and interactive. My wife and I were new to real estate investing when we first met the team at Commonwealth, and I can not say enough about how amazing this group of gentlemen are!!
